Making 'Relaxing into Meditation' a Bestseller

I read an article today ( that said:  

Want others to spread the word about your work?  Try telling them exactly how they can help you.

This was based on the experience of Jeff Hayzlett who wrote 'The Mirror Test'.  Jeff asked for help from his friends

So in the style of Jeff Hayzlett, here are

11 Things You Can Do to Make Relaxing into Meditation a Best Seller

We're going to do our best to make this book a best seller and here's what you can do to help. We appreciate anything and everything you're able to do!

1. Buy it

It would be wonderful if you chose to buy it for yourself and for any of your friends or colleagues. It is available at your local bookstore or from Lulu,, and most places where you can buy books.  If you live in the Indian Subcontinent, please do to Zorba Publishers.

2. Email

Email everyone. Word-of-mouth is one of the best recommendations anyone can receive. It would be great if you could email your friends and tell them about Relaxing into Meditation and where they can purchase it.

Here's is a suggested email: "Ngakma Nor'dzin Pamo has written a book that's soon to become a best seller. It's entitled Relaxing into Meditation and it's available from Lulu,, or your local bookshop.  Relaxing into Meditation has been described as 'the best book on meditation I've ever read' by reviewer Rossinna Ippolito.

3. Facebook

Anything you are able to post on your own Facebook page about the book, would be greatly appreciated! Please join our Facebook fan page: and share it with your friends.

4. Tweet

One way to make things go viral is to tweet about the book because Twitter is able to reach a large number of people. Some tweet topics include 'you are buying a book', 'giving the book as a gift', attach a picture of where you're reading it, shout-out your favorite chapter or re-tweet someone else's comments. 5. Adding Twibbons - Twitter and Facebook

Add a twibbon ( to your twitter picture and help spread awareness about the book by overlaying a small Relaxing into Meditation book image onto your Twitter profile avatar.

6. Media

Interviews! TV, radio, newspaper, magazine, newsletters, blogs, online or offline media! If you have any contacts to any online, offline, print or broadcast media where Ngakma Nor'dzin could be interviewed about the book, please contact

Do you have a blog or know someone who does? If so, consider an interview with Ngakma Nor'dzin or write about your own personal interactions with her. You may also want to blog about your favorite topics from the book.

8. Pictures

Pictures say a thousand words - so take a picture of yourself with the book in an interesting place and post it on our Facebook fan page, your own blog or tweet one. 

9. Word of Mouth

No rocket science here - tell co-workers, friends, family, and people on the street: "Have you read the Ngakma Nor'dzin's book Relaxing into Meditation?".  For the really keen there are postcards...

10. Book Signing
