"This slim volume should be on every serious practitioner's bookshelf, whether they follow a Tibetan Buddhist path or not. Nordzin gives excellent explanations of some basic, commonly used relaxation and meditation techniques that can be used effectively no matter what your level of experience is. Quite possibly one of the most important points she makes is to distinguish relaxation and meditation, both important practices, but certainly not the same.
